This system will save 145,310 lbs. of dirty coal over its lifetime.  Preventing this much carbon dioxide from being released to the atmosphere is equivalent to planting 3,469 new trees per year or removing 28 cars from the road per year.

5.84 kW solar PV system completed in 2019. It was installed on a standing-seam metal roof using non-penetrating clamps. This system will provide 7,000 kWh of energy on average each year to its owner.

Mounting solar on steel roofs has a lot of advantages, including a roof life that is almost always longer than the solar system expected life.
