Type of Project: Behind-the-meter solar array
Utility: Xcel Energy

 

7.8kW solar panel electric system in Inver Grove Heights, MN. System included (24) 325-watt PV modules for a total system rating of 7.8kW or 7,800 watts. The system is expected to produce over 9,333 kWh per year on average.

This system will save 145,310 lbs. of dirty coal over its lifetime.  Preventing this much carbon dioxide from being released to the atmosphere is equivalent to planting 3,469 new trees per year or removing 28 cars from the road per year.

Utility: Xcel Energy

4.225kW solar panel electric system in Maple Grove, MN. Apadana installed (13) 325-watt PV modules for a total system rating of 4.225 kW or 4,225 watts. System is expected to produce over 5,270 kWh per year on average.

This system will save 93,109 lbs. of dirty coal over its lifetime.  Preventing this much carbon dioxide from being released to the atmosphere is equivalent to planting 2,223 new trees per year or removing 18 cars from the road per year.

10.4 kW solar PV system in Minneapolis, MN completed in 2017. System includes (32) 325-watt PV modules for a total system rating of 10.4 kW or 10,400 watts.

Location : Lino Lakes, MN

Type of Project : Behind-the-meter solar array

Utility : Xcel Energy

5.84 kW solar PV system. It was installed on a standing seam metal roof using non-penetrating clamps. This system will provide 7,000 kWh of energy on average each year to its owner.

Mounting solar on steel roofs has a lot of advantages, including a roof life that is almost always longer than the solar system expected life.
